Your main responsibilities would be:
- Creating and leading the team in new global department
- Building motivation, engagement and friendly atmosphere in the team
- Supporting the members of the team in improving their competences, skills by observing their work
- Ensuring operational excellence in our centralized department.
- Understanding of either operational purchasing, production planning or material planning
- Technical background related to electronic and mechanical products.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in leading teams
- Very good command of English
